I am a qualified counsellor and registered member of the CCC Counselling Code of Conduct and the International Society of Professional Counsellors ISPC. I have over 20 years of experience and practise in the treatment of a variety of conditions, in particular: Stress, Anxiety, Panic, Depression, Relationships, Emotional and Marital Concerns, Anger, Low Self Esteem, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders (OCD), Weight Loss Problems, Motivation and Performance. My Counselling services can utilise Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
I am located at West Auckland in the Bishop Auckland area near to Durham and Darlington.

My appointments are scheduled from 10am to 8pm seven days a week.
The cost per Face to Face session is £30 per hour.
There are no additional charges for evenings or weekends.
